Privacy
QR Studio stores only the information needed to operate accounts and trackable QR codes.
What we store
- Your email address and a one-way password hash when you create an account.
- The names and destination URLs of trackable codes you create.
- The time each trackable link is requested, so we can show its visit count.
- A session cookie that keeps you signed in. We use a temporary hash of the request IP address to limit abusive account and code creation attempts.
What we do not collect
The static QR maker generates its content in your browser. We do not store static code content. We do not store scanner IP addresses, device identifiers, or location in the scan table. Automated previews may request a trackable link and increase its count.
Hosting and retention
The site runs on Cloudflare Workers and stores account and code records in Cloudflare D1. Code and account data remain until you delete your account. Sessions stop working after 30 days.
Your choices
You can sign out at any time. You can delete your account and its codes from your dashboard. Download any QR images you want to keep before deleting.
