- Choose Wi-Fi in the generator and enter the network name (SSID) exactly as it appears on devices.
- Enter the password and select the correct security type. If the network is hidden, turn on the hidden network option.
- Scan the preview with a phone that is not already connected. If it joins successfully, download a PNG or SVG.
Privacy: The network name and password are encoded inside the QR code. Anyone who can scan the printed code can obtain those details. Use a guest network when sharing access publicly.
Printing tips
Keep dark code modules on a light background, leave a clear border around the code, and avoid making it tiny. Test a print at its final size and location. SVG is useful for large signs because it scales cleanly.
Does the Wi-Fi code expire?
The code itself does not expire. It stops working if you change the network name, password, or security settings. Make a new code after those changes.
